Louise Wilkinson is the CEO and Co-founder of Paritier. A passionate advocate for women’s health rights at work, Louise is on a mission to create inclusive, people-first cultures where everyone can thrive — especially women navigating health challenges too often overlooked in the workplace.

With a global background in People & Culture leadership, Louise brings heart, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen to everything she does. She’s spent her career driving culture change across international organisations, championing policies and practices that centre wellbeing, equity, and belonging.

At Paritier, Louise combines her commitment to impactful investment with her belief that healthier workplaces drive healthier businesses. Through her work, she empowers organisations to prioritise people — creating environments where women are not just supported, but seen, heard, and celebrated.

Susan Gee is a leading occupational health professional with over 40 years of experience in both public and private sectors. She began her career as a nurse in 1980 and has since held senior roles including Head of Occupational Health and Safety at Bradford Metropolitan District Council and now Head of Occupational Health & Wellbeing at Yorkshire Water.

 

Throughout her career, Susan has developed and led workplace programmes focused on early detection, prevention, and overall employee wellbeing.

She is widely recognised for her strategic approach to occupational health, supporting numerous organisations through change and promoting healthier, more resilient workplaces. For 20 years, Susan was a visiting lecturer at Leeds Beckett University, teaching sickness absence management to occupational health students. Her expertise is often sought at conferences, and her work has been featured in various academic and professional publications.

Susan also runs a private occupational health practice, continuing to advise a broad range of clients. She’s appeared on platforms like BBC Look North, speaking on issues such as mental health first aid at work. Deeply passionate about improving workplace health, Susan brings both clinical insight and a people-first mindset to everything she does.

Laura is a qualified Social Worker specialising in Child Protection for a local authority. In addition to her work in Social Care, she is the Marketing Director of Paritier, where she leverages her creativity to amplify the organisation's mission.

 

Laura has extensive experience working with individuals from diverse ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds, which has shaped her empathetic and inclusive approach.

 

Laura is passionate about promoting women's health in the workplace and collaborates with organisations to create healthier, more inclusive environments for women.

 

Through innovative strategies and creative communication, Laura is dedicated to driving meaningful change.

Dr. Raja is an NHS Clinical Entrepreneur and a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with a strong passion for problem-solving in businesses through clinical innovation and expert consultancy.

 

Dr Raja focuses on a preventive and early intervention approach, leveraging his expertise as a certified Lifestyle Medicine practitioner (British Society of Lifestyle Medicine), a certified Health Coach, and a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher.

 

Dr Raja has a deep understanding of business needs, safety, and regulatory compliance, he has advised numerous businesses, aiming at achieving strong returns on investment in health and wellbeing projects.
