How Paritier Came to Be
Paritier began as a conversation between friends and colleagues who had spent years working across public health, education, technology, and social justice. We were strategists, researchers, educators, and advocates—each of us deeply committed to equity, but often working in silos.
What united us was a shared frustration: despite our collective expertise, we kept seeing the same patterns—women’s health needs overlooked, support systems fragmented, and workplaces unsure how to respond. We realised that if we combined our knowledge, we could build something better.
So, we pooled our experiences—from leading global initiatives to transforming educational institutions—and founded Paritier. Our goal was simple: to make women's health a standard part of workplace wellbeing. We wanted to replace stigma with support, confusion with clarity, and isolation with community.
Today, Paritier is more than a consultancy; it's a collective of passionate individuals dedicated to creating inclusive environments where everyone can thrive. We believe that by working together, we can drive meaningful change that lasts.
