Paritier was born from a shared frustration with the status quo — too many women struggling in silence, too many organisations unsure how to help.We bring together disciplines that don’t often sit side-by-side: medicine, occupational health, and people strategy. And because we’ve lived it — from the clinic to the boardroom — we know what it takes to create real change.We’re not here to “fix” women or add more to your to-do list. We’re here to partner with you, remove the awkwardness, and build a workplace where health isn’t a barrier to success — it’s a foundation for it.
